Having launched her career at New York's Signature Theatre, she carries with her a passion for building artistic relationships and for attending to the specific needs of a piece of work in development. After receiving her master's degree from King's College London and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, Nicole trained as the assistant to the late visionary artistic director James Houghton. She received a crash-course in non-profit production, artist management, curation and -most critically - the way in which a highly attuned producer can provide vital support for the creative process. Since then, she has worked with a diverse pool of artists including César Alvarez, Martha Clarke, Will Eno, Athol Fugard, Michael Grief, A.R. Gurney, Katori Hall, Quiara Alegría Hudes, Bill Irwin, Thomas Kail, Tony Kushner, and Naomi Wallace. With the skills to carefully guide the artistic journey, a knack for curating a team of collaborators, and the flexibility to tailor her work to various styles and disciplines, Nicole approaches each project with a unique combination of intuition and administrative know-how.
